TRACEY GOFF, PT, DPT
From a young age, Tracey has always had a desire to work with children and a strong passion to help others. Dr. Goff knew early on that pediatric physical therapy was the right career choice for her.
Tracey received her master’s degree in Physical Therapy from UMDNJ/Rutgers University and then went on to pursue her Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from Widener University completing her research in the area of Torticollis. She enjoys working with children of all ages and loves to see the smiles on their faces that accompany progress. Tracey has been a practicing physical therapist for 24 years with experience across many settings including: inpatient and outpatient rehab, aquatic therapy, home care and outpatient and school based pediatric therapy. She has extensive experience in working with pediatric neurological, orthopedic, and genetic disorders and believes it is important to keep up with the latest trends to provide the best possible treatment. Tracey has attended many continuing education courses including topics such as: torticollis, pediatric massage, manual therapy, balance strategies, pediatric yoga, scoliosis, autism, toe walking, gait analysis and training.
She is also certified in Infant Massage and administering ImPact Pre and Post Test for concussions. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and Academy of Pediatric Physical Therapy along with school, early intervention and pediatric sports fitness special interest groups. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 children, and her beloved chocolate lab, Koko. She loves traveling and taking walks with family and friends.

DEBORAH SIMMONS OTR/L
Deborah Simmons has been employed as an Occupational Therapist with over 40 years of experience. She received her Associates of Science in Occupational Therapy from Mount Aloysius College in 1983. She started her career immediately upon graduation in the Colonial School District as a COTA. Deborah then returned to college and graduated in 1993 from Misericordia University with a BS in Occupational Therapy. She received her SIPT Certification in 2008 from Sensory Integration International/The Ayres Clinic in Torrance CA. She has worked in a variety of settings over the course of her career including Long Term Care, Mental Health, Outpatient Hand Therapy, Acute Care, Home Health Care, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Ergonomics and Pediatrics. She is a current member of the DOTA. She has served as President of the Delaware Occupational Therapy Association for 2 terms and on a 2 year AOTA Task Force in Bethesda Maryland as a State Association President. Deborah is so proud to be the Co-owner of the Jungle Gym and is so blessed to be working with the pediatric population. She has worked as an Adjunct Professor at Delaware Technical and Community College in Georgetown where she taught Pediatric Conditions and Psychosocial Conditions for 6 years. She has 2 sons and resides in Middletown Delaware. When she is not working she loves to travel, community theater, spending time with her family, the beach and participating in paranormal investigations with DSGI.

CASSY CANNON, PTA
Cassy joined The Jungle Gym family a little over 7 years ago and has enjoyed working with children, learning about the newest evidenced based practice to incorporate into her therapy sessions, and has a true passion for engaging children in fun activities while they work toward maximizing their function. She is passionate about the care she provides and enjoys being able to assist families as they journey through the rehabilitation process with their child. Prior to pursuing a career in physical therapy, Cassy worked as a licensed massage therapist and continues to have a strong interest in manual therapy. While not at work, she enjoys spending time with her 2 boys, taking them to baseball and the beach, and attending concerts.
