The Jungle Gym is a Rehabilitation Center providing Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy in addition to a variety of specialized programs for all infants and children. We are committed to high quality assessments and treatment while incorporating family participation and education within a safe, caring, child friendly environment.
Our Staff...
The Jungle Gym is a dream come true for Tracey Goff and Debbie Simmons. Both therapists envisioned a place where children of all ages could have therapy in an environment totally designed with them in mind. Over the last couple of years, they worked together to design a fun place where children can be comfortable and free to explore.
As mothers, they both know how children need to touch and do in order to learn and grow. Tracey has been a practicing physical therapist for the past 10 years. She recently completed her doctorate degree in physical therapy and is a Certified Infant Massage Instructor.
Debbie has been an occupational therapist for 24 years and is currently completing her Sensory Integration Certification. Both have been working with children throughout their entire careers. Together they were able to build their dream and share it with the children of this community.
The rehabilitation team also includes, Christine Stang, a board certified speech language pathologist who has been working with children in a variety of settings for 17 years. Kathy Nicholson, a board certified speech language pathologist compliments our staff with her experience as a school based therapist. Kim Henry, an occupational therapist assistant for 25 years has also worked with children throughout her career. She brings to us a love for educating children and currently facilitates our Handwriting Programs.
The first friendly face you see or voice you hear as you enter “The Jungle” is that of Katrina Craner, our office assistant. She is able to assist you with scheduling appointments and is happy to answer any questions regarding referrals and insurance.
